ok guy says all work is domestic lowest priced houses £10 done monthly established over 10 years trad none of the work would be more than a 15 minute drive from where I am based all work is paid cash on the day or collected Saturday mornings reason for selling up retirement.work worth £1,680 per monthly clean, mainly 3 bed houses take him 20 minutes to clean each house. how much would you pay for round

Sounds a pretty good round, if you could turn it wfp you could do £40-£50 ph.

Try and offer something low... And offer him a couple of days a week doing bungalows or something, he might want to keep on the move abit! And that might be enough to tempt him
