currently doing leaflets but takes a bit of organizing, have a mate doing it at the minute but hes getting nowhere near the 2000 a week mark id like to hit, has a bad knee and weather has been very wet lately, have a new guy starting tomorrow so hopefully get a bit of catching up done. Now there's a free paper that comes through 16000 doors every month so was thinking of a quarter page ad on the front page which is not to badly priced, has anyone else tried a front page ad and what sort of return did u get on it?? Have tried the front page of local magazine a few times, it is not cheap but it does pay for itself over the year.
You have to do it a few months in a row to get the best effect, and the more services you offer the better response you will get.

I have been doing exactly that and its worked well for me .
Its a non glossy and pretty cheap but as was said above need to keep it going fairly long term for best effect .

I've got an ad going into a free guide this week too.
£78 total for a half page which goes to 10k households. Not a clue if it will be a success but its worth a shot!

Just been told front page is booked out for rest of year but back page is free, dont think id bother with inside page. new leaflet guy is doing good so far so might stick at that for time being, thanks for replys. Wayne.

Trouble is with free papers they dont exclusively target the areas you really want which is what i do when leafleting .
Also i have a high quality website which without any doubt makes a massive difference along with the right flyer id the right combo . Mike

The one I advertise on the front of goes out on an estate of over 3000 houses and I would have any of yhem as a customer .
Its not a paper though , its purely an adsheet .
