Morning,
I won a copy of Cleaners Mate at the TACCA day, however we already use a database and invoicing system so this one is going spare.
Price? It's worth over £200 for the licence, so whatever you can afford to donate to The Kirsty Bryden Memorial Trust, the charity that this was all raffled for would be great, put your offer on here, email me or give me a call with your offers of donations and the best price gets the licence code.

Nice one Ian. :)
-
Good man.
-
I texted my offer to the number on your website ian
dan
-
Dan,
Got it, you're the leading bidder so far, so that we can clear this quickly I'll keep the bidding open until midnight tonight.
-
For those who have left me messages, I've just spoken to Kevin at Cleanersmate and he has informed me that it is the top PRO version that I won, valued at £285. :D
Once we have a winner I'll email the details to Kevin and Derek and they will then contact you direct with licence codes once the donation has been received.
Hope this goes well, for those thinking about it, it looks like a really good software package. We already have offers over £100.
Best of luck, I will probably not get back on here till tomorrow night as I have a jolly across to Whitehaven tomorrow dropping 11 bikes off for the C2C.
-
Do we txt the offer Ian or place it on here.?

Andrew, not sure, should we make it a blind auction or open? A couple of people have texted me their bids, feel free on 07790596782.
For info Dan is our leader at the moment.
For info this is their website

The winner gets the Professional version

who ever buys the cleaners mate will not regret it, its probably been the best purchase i have made, just the ease of sending reminders and letter to custys has paid for itself time and time again, sent out some targetted miss you letters last year from it and got back over £6000 for a bit of time and a £500 outlay.....that was for jan/ feb so the slow season suddenly wasnt that slow.... good luck on whoever wins it
-
Andrew B has just become the highest bidder
-
Did you get my text Ian? Can you bid twice?
-
Got your text Neil, unfortunately Andrews was bigger ;)
-
i'm out :)

Andrew Briscoe is the winner with a tremendous promise of a donation of £215 to the Kirsty Bryden Memorial Trust.

It's a feel good day :), glad it's gone to someone who is going to make use of it.
-
Just like to add, I have now downloaded CMate,
I was having problems getting my Google callendar on, I am not
one of these computer savvy types, however after a couple of emails to Kev,
it is now sorted.
My problem was I didnt keep a good diary, it would have staff holidays and sick days on.
not even half the jobs I did where on, and some jobs would just say, rug, alan and a mobile number.
I can now say I hope to be 100% efficient, looking at some of the entries in diary, I would imagine Kev had a bloody good laugh at them, he is a top bloke and extremly patient & helpful, backed by a great product.

You beat me on the bidding Andrew, glad you like it. The auction has made me realise how much I want cleaners mate now, i've been waiting a year or so. I will be ordering this week so get ready for some more questions Kev ;D

I just dont understand why there isnt a help .pdf with the programme Why keep having to go to a web page to find out something?
Every other programme I have on my PC , there is a help .pdf with the application.
It put me off tbh.

Andrew

Neil
No problem at all, you know where I am.
Benny
There is a help PDF file available to download from the site, but it's here if you want it: http://cleanersmate.co.uk/UserGuide.pdf I must admit I haven't updated it with some of the new features yet, but will do so soon. Also there are video help tutorials on the site which people seem to prefer - as it shows you physically how to do something quickly. Hope this helps.
