i cleaned her windows about the 4th time ive done them.
Always been happy when i collected money.
I go today music blaring out.
I cleaned them,knocked the door.
No answer.
Threw a slip through the door.
Get to my next house around the corner.
I get a text saying collect my money tommorow and dont come back as she can throw a bucket of water on windows.
I didnt reply but wasnt happy but will have words tommorow once i have her money in my pocket from the fat scruffy tramp.
i clean 7 other houses on that street and there in many times and are very happy with there windows.

That's a good marketing line for a new trad round flyer.... ;)
"Do you remember when windows were cleaned and left dry?"
"Don't just accept water being thrown at your windows, don't let them tell you when it dries they will be clean, don't let them charge more for less of a service.....GET A REAL WINDOW CLEANER"
;D...only joking wfp'rs

shes a fat keyboard warrior who will go facebook talking rubbish.
as opposed to a window cleaning keyboard warrior who takes to the net and calls her a fat scruffy tramp ?

This is why wfp needs to be explained.I tell customers I use magic water that is purified to lose all particles that lurk about that would normally mark the glass and that if the magic doesn't leave them spot free I'll give them there money back. Admitidly I have had to give a few there money back but they are mainly Africans who never seem to be happy hence I stay well clear of them as customers these days.
If a customer isn't familier with wfp then can you blame them for thinking your just splashing water on there windows?? As that is what it looks like from there eyes.

You probably took a long enough time to clean her windows the 1st time, then after watching you reap the benefit, probably decided you were too quick.
And resents the idea.
Take another 10 minutes and she'll be a keeper.
She would be handy to keep though if she's in amongst your others. I hope she comes round when you explain.

You get drop offs in the first six months, so do not fret over it, and concentrate on majority of happy customers you are servicing. I am at the stage now where if a customer is not happy because of their own issues ( not the cleaning as it is always high standard ) then I say goodbye politely, and move on.
