;D ;D CONGRATULATIONS ;D ;D. on the arrival of your baby...all the best ... on a window cleaning issue . do you still clean the flats on new street in grantham and the others associated with them in other towns?

Bentley was born yesterday morning, 8:08.
He and Tamsin came home this afternoon.
Flats-no. Never cleaned there. Behind North Parade right?
Have you been offered some? Thought they were all council?

tbh i asked who did them and bladerunner did do them so backed off because i don't want to tread on your toes so to speak .. just wondered if it was you who did them with dave... hope mum and baby are doing good . you have a good woman there. happy times. :)

yeah behind south parade , its not council , its owned by a private company they own around 5 homes around the midland area. whoever cleans them keeps them looking good tbh.....

I used to do a few jobs with him-really enjoyed them tbh but it's not to be anymore.
I only know of one job that he definitely does cause I used to do it with him-that was Woodland Trust. Other than that, got no idea where he works.
Speaking if jobs-did you end up getting Belvoir Castle and/or Autumn Park?

belvoir castle never happened. autumn park only happened when he felt like it needed cleaning .he was a messer big time so got rid . its not been cleaned since last summer i think

the guy you will have to talk to is andrew edwards . its his baby(the main boss/owner)... the fitters who fitted the windows managed to get mastisc all over several of the windows and when you clean them it stands out . it needs a ladder and a scraper to get it off . i priced it up because it will take a while. i think it was around 300. he accepted it but never did the job because i was worried about scratching the glass tbh. and its a lot of windows... the front doors he insists on it being trad... i hope this is of some help mate. i'm sure you will do ok out of it . he pays cash as well ;D that reminds me he owes me 100 lol. he will pay though he needs a reminder. i've known him for years
