january i set myself a target to pick up 15 regular customers or £150 worth of jobs, i worked out today i actually picked up 14 jobs adding upto £165.00 wich i am really happy with considering i am working on my own.
so now i have 10,000 leaflets and weather is getting warmer i have increased my target to 25 customers or £250 worth of work by august.
I have realised since setting targets it has helped me alot to get motivated each day ;D

Setting Targets really does help I'm smashing my targets & hitting august targets already :D :D

I have never done it until now, but I've found my voice when I see potential customers taking interest in my work! As soon as someone looks I'm like "hello, are you interested in any monthly window cleaning?" And it really works!!

I always set targets mate, I've hit my end of year target already for getting more work, Im well happy :)

always have a min daily target for turnover.

It does mate , I decided from 6th April to gain 5 customers a week current did not do so well at first but now got 42 new regular custys .
But slacked a little at first then got over 20 in one week could have had more work but turned some down because of location . Mike

yeh sometimes you dont realise how much you are picking up when you just add them to the system etc, but when i looked back and marked down how many i had picked up i realised i had hit my target:D so now i doubled it because in theory summer you should double or more the new custys

you have no idea pal,i have get up an hour early just to do my stretching exercises so i can get my socks
on ;D ;D ;D

Haha character building especially in them cold winter months! Good job the summer makes it all worth while
