Title: R.E Cnvassing

I have started a round but i would like to employ a cnvasser. Can anyone suggest the best way to employ someone temp. Do i pay them per hour or per job they get. Would appreciate any feedback.

There are two ways of doing it . . . . you can either employ a canvassing company who will probably charge you two cleans for every customer gained, or you can employ some body maybe part time, and pay them an hourly rate + a bonus for each customer gained.
