Provided someone with a risk assessment to be told to supply them with a risk assessment! I take it my first one wasnt up to standard!
Anyone have an HSE LEVEL 1 standard example I can use? Or know what to include in one so i can make my own? Thanks!

Feel free to use this blank RA form I used in another life as a H&S manager. Fairly simple process to fill in the form with the all the risks you can identify. Some are obvious trips from trailing hoses, slips from water/ice or of course working from height. Some not so obvious working in the sun.
Use the severity x likelihood to give the risk score and colour code using the risk matrix. If possible it is always best to eliminate risk but if not make sure there is a control measure in place to reduce the risk/likelihood.
Cheers, Jake.

Well it's all fairly low level risk given the nature of the site I intend to work it.
RAMS? I'd be really interested to see one, especially as method statement isn't knew of the things they have asked for but you'll look very good if I supplied one!
Sunshinecleaning do you have a copy of a filled out RAMS? I'm not sure what level of detail to take it to?? Thanks in advance if you do!
