Title: what would be a fare price for successful leads

Up until now I have always given leads away to new window cleaners who are trying to build up rounds. In places I have no other work etc.
But last week a I had a window cleaner offer me the money for the first two cleans of a every successful one I passed onto them.
Is this a good offer?

It's more than you were getting before.
I'd go for it.
Keep it free & easy though so the relationship stays sweet

If you're not even getting thanked I'd get him to 'do one'
Stick leads on here-sure someone will be able to do something with them.
Most on here seem like the least you'd get is a drink out of them

if it just leads coming thru now and then in areas u dont work id just pass them on to someone you know

i believe in karma its nice to be nice

if it was a large contract or something valuable then expect a drink in it
