My stepdad was just handed a business of his brother it's a pressure washing setup they used to have a big Vanguard but got rid and now have a Neilsen 13HP 13lpm am I right in thinking the 18" whirlaway will not work with this machine as 13lpm is too low ? any advice please also any thoughts on the machine Thanks.

It would run it but only clean nicely with the right soiling. It'll be fine with a turbo

Neilsen is chinese and if it's like the neisen I saw then the pump won't even be what it says, it's like if you buy a pair of chinese ugg boots and they say 'real leather', you know very well they're not, they just put it, same with the chinese pumps, they say 3600 psi when they're no where near
put a pressure gauge on with the right jet if you don't believe me

well tried the neilsen with the whirlaway and didn't make a dent was fine with the turbo nozzle is there a way to make it more powerful haven't got the money for a bigger lpm machine they just bought without thinking cost about £700 aswell brand new ???
