Title: advice on collecting an outstanding debt.
Post by: Smudgeoff Cleaning Services on May 09, 2013, 05:51:43 pm
Hi all,
I am currently owed £310.00 from a local cinema. I have emailed, spoken to admin staff, spoken to owners son but can't get to speak to the owner.

I have satisfaction certificates all signed by the manager, but still no money.

I have been there on several occasions with no luck they all say I need to speak to the owner who doesn't respond to email....

Please advise.

Many Thanks
Darren

Hi Darran,

I strongly recommend Thomas Higgins mate. I have sent out 3 "Letters Before Action" and all have coughed up.

Details are here mate. You have to create an account and fill in details of debtor etc (it's very easy..I can do it!)

Costs £2.00 + vat for a LBA
