There is enough glue in one sachet to do about 10 clamps - there is much more than it looks.

There are full fitting instructions on this video which is also shown on the Clamp Upgrade product page - http://youtu.be/MUW1WpzfpyE

http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/Gardiner-Smart-Clamp-DIY-Upgrade-Kits-ClampII_SET.html

On this video at 6.15 minutes in it shows how to mix and apply the glue from these sachets.

It is very important when fitting the new clamps that all of the steps in this video are followed exactly to ensure a trouble free bond.

can't access it Alex, was I right in mixing the satchets..? prior to this I cut off existing clamps with hacksaw, sanded down the top of each section then wiped with them clean with the alcohol wipe, mixed satchets then placed glue on new clamps and placed these onto the sections

I have put the correct link up now which has also been on the website for a few days - http://youtu.be/MUW1WpzfpyE

Sounds good to me.

It is best also to lightly abrade and then wipe the inside of each clamp body. Mixing the glue is best done before opening the sachet. Just squeeze the glue back and forth inside until fully mixed, then cut a corner off and squeeze out as needed. It is best practice to apply glue to both the inside of the clamp body and the section before twisting it together.
