Title: What do you all use to spray your chems?

For spraying hypo, weedkiller etc?
I currently have a few 7l hozelock type pump pressure sprayer.
Fine for smaller areas but would like something with a bit more oomph and wider coverage for large areas.


What do you chaps use?

16L back pack sprayer off amazon, think i payed about £24.00 in the shops there around £30+ but dont fill it to the top or you might topple over lol

Dont use backpack sprayers.. Ask Blastaway, I think he had a little misshap with a backpack sprayer full of hypo  ;D

Have you thought of getting a electric sprayer? or even a window cleaning trolley/backpack? just dont wear it on your back  ;D

Sure the seal rotted. Pumping away and it's running down my back. Burnt my back slightly.

did it have viton seals? i've just bought one of these, it says it's ok with hypo but i'm a bit worried now. can you spray hypo with that surficant you use?

Viton seals will still go after time, they just take a lot longer than rubber ones.

It was an IK12 backpack. Deffo viton seals.

Yep that's the one I've bought from solos prayers, with the upgraded brass lance it said it was fine with hypo 5% so iI figured 15% diluted would be OK. Where did it leak from?
