Title: Pole hose tap - urgent suggestions, please

Can anyone recommend a tap I could purchase locally that could be used in a Gardiner pole hose? Need something urgent for tomorrow so can't wait for an online delivery.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

a gas tap , or you could pinch the hose

Go to an industrial hose and fittings supplier.

Just pinch the hose as suggested above,not ideal but will get you working!

go to an auto spares shop or aquarium shop, you should be able to buy an inline
fuel / water tap with barbed connectors either side a bit like this
