Hi Alex just a quick one. When are you expecting your new pole hose for hot water use. And will the new clamps be available soon.?

The new clamps will be available on Tuesday morning from about 8.00am.

The new hot water PU pole hose should be with us in about 2 weeks.

They are available to purchase online only to start with.  However, once purchased you could give the Office a ring and arrange to collect it.  There would still be a lead time on fulfilling the order.
