Dont have rotary machine any other suggestions?

You may have to explain this wont come out, the only way to get this out can sometimes be to pick it out bit by bit, it can get caught in some types of carpet so not practical to attempt, its often from black socks another one to watch for is sock dye that can be difficult and sometimes impossible to completely remove.

Thanks James the women sent me pics. It is from black socks, would a sebo not take most of it out? Would u take the job?

try a small black oblong pad used by hand. it has never failed me. :)

A very effective way of dealing with this is to wear trainers and drag your foot back over the " fluff " also works on difficult to remove cat fur.
