Title: Bolon flooring

Has anyone cleaned Bolon Flooring?

We have the cleaning instruction from Bolon.

They recommend using a scrubber dryer but I would rather just use a floor pad on our rotary machine use the TM to remove the soiled water with a hard floor wand  then rinse the floor and then apply a seal.

What cleaner can I use and what seal would be suitable.

Have not done a great deal of hard floors did the NCCA course a couple of years ago but never really got going with it too busy with carpets.

It an area of 75 Sq Yards.

The cleaning instruction are a bit vague.

Reading the manufacturers instructions it should be fairly straight forward. Your technique should be okay however I would go with a brush rather than a pad. Chemspec Neutral Floor Cleaner would be my choice (similar to Jontec 300) I would finish with Chemspec Tight Shine or Pioneer Eclipse Floormatt depending on the gloss they are looking for.
