-
No

no

Is that a no then?
-
Definite no

depends on the area your cleaning. Would be a pain to use daily on residentials though.

I disagree Tony..
I use one daily on residentials ;D ;D
-
your a patient man ;D
more of a pain if you have to take that plus a hefty hwe machine out of the van < I've rephrased ;D
-
as I don't cart a hefty HWE machine about....
I'll give you that one :P :P
;D
-
If you think about it, there are guys using DF machines in houses! they are 17 inch
-
15" rotary v Oreck Orbitor. On domestic jobs only
-
15 inch slow speed rotarty, i use one daily for aggitation on domestics. Oreck to slow for me.
-
Cheers Paul, what would you say is a decent price for a 15" slow speed victor wolf in good condition??
-
steven I got my victor wolf with driveplate on ebay for £60 but the guy was local and it was a bargain as I've seen them go for a lot more
-
Dan do you use yours for agitating on domestic work?
Ive seen 1 local, looks in very good condition, with drive board, shampoo brush and scrubbing brush for £100.....??
-
steven to be honest I don't use it much at all . for a hundred quid that's more of a bargain than I got as the shampoo brush and scrubbing brushes are about 70+ quid each . i'd bite the guys hand off for that. from what I've heard the victor is a very reliable machine aswell .
-
it is a reliable machine, and I would bite his hand off too.
the only thing that I have found iffy in the victor is the ratchet for raising and lowering the handle can slip and and occasionally move freely.
Dan there is a cracking place to get pads etc from and to service the machine not too far from you in Basingstoke.
-
what's the name of the place hector as there's only one place I know of in soton and I've found them quite pricy for some stuff . cheers
-
Brushrite is the name... not got a link at the moment as their website has just been hacked.
-
Dan Hector is right (as always) Brushrite are brilliant for drive plates, shampoo scrubbers etc. Family owned and nothing too much trouble. I have a rotary but use my TM4 as it is easier. Lot more expensive though.
-
Tell Gwen that I sent you, and she will
double the price give you a good deal ;D ;D
-
Thanks for your advise, may buy the rotary, apparantly the brush is brand new too.
