can this be removed just asking for a friend and its in chester if anyone can do it

Degreaser to remove the moisturiser then an oxidiser. I have had good results with professional spot lifter then dye gone.

Did a hotel room the other day where it was applied in bathroom then walked all around the white berber in the room.
