Title: best place in back for payload
Post by: Carl@Cwc on April 26, 2013, 08:28:26 pm
getting a new van next week and gonna get this one set up right from day 1.
where in rear is best place to put upright 750ltr tank to get most even weight distribution etc etc.  its going to be bolted thru the floor so doesnt have to go against bulkhead. or is that the best place for it anyways

Ideally in the middle of the van but seen as it's a 750, I'd put it behind the seats, just make sure it's properly fitted.

middle of both axles mate.

you do have a axle limit, that if you every pulled by the bill and ask to go on a weighbridge you can be done on a overloaded axle weight ;) ;)

and overweight on axle if seorate offence to be totally over weight ;D

i thought middle of van , and have a tank i could put there .
but flat tanks slosh so much more than uprights i thought about getting 750 upright.
might stick with a 650layflat i already have.
