...i know this must be different on different jobs but there must be companies that use both regular that will be able to answer the question thanks.

if the building has to be cleaned in single drops then absailing will be quicker, but if there is a cradle set up that traverses along rails then i would use the cradle because in the cradle you can reach a much bigger area of glass without having to re position yourself.
