Take your old hose to a hydraulics place. they will be able to match it and provide hose/lance aswell.

my local hydrollics company wanted to charge me around £80 for just a 10 metre twin wired hose with fittings, I paid £35 for mine when I bought my 12 inch FSC with quick release conextions as a package.

I Have you looked on Qwashers eBay site to see if they have a hose like yours they also do loads of hose couplings have a look if there are any similar to the ones on yours. Failing that call them on 01524241487 to see what they can offer, I know they do hose repair conecters although I havn't used one of theirs. You can get them to match a turbo for the output of your pump aswell .
