Title: website for pressure washing
Post by: Ged on April 25, 2013, 08:01:43 pm
I have been doing domestic pressure washing for quite a few years and have never had a website so would appreciate any comments as to the effectiveness of a website iether for or against and is it worth the bother.

Best Regards

Ged

Ged

It is the most important part of your business, often overlooked and not kept updated and managed.

I want a pressure washer in your area, I look for Geds Pressure Washing - no web presence, I go on to the next one.

You may be the best but if I can't look you up how can I call you.

I spend all of my time online and if I want anything or need to know anything I search for it online.

You might be rubbish but a decent website will show people what you put across and if that is what they are looking for - you may get a call

Ged,

If you decide to have a site made, be original, be you. Fill it with your images and your information on your services.

There's a lot of start ups that jump on the Smart Seal sh!tty sites bandwagon, packed with other people's work and showing ridiculous images like shown below

It becomes obvious which sort of websites you browse - Smartarse probably do a generic site  for rectum rompers and fudge packers tonsil ticklers. Moderators - i'm really sorry  ;)
