With regret I wont be able to attend this weekends Tacca event, due to the sudden death of my father-in-law.
If anyone wants to have my ticket they are welcome to use it, I am sure Derek will allow it, a small donation for it would be welcome towards the running costs of Tacca.
I have donated some nice beers to the event from my brothers brewery, I also had a case delivered there for myself to pick up, as my father-in -law was a geordie, I would like John Kelly to have the beer (dont want out for it JK) as he raves about it, just dont drink it all at once John, ok go on then ;D
Finally there will be a room free at The Hartford Hall for fri/sat nights so if you need a room, give me a shout before I call and cancel, best be pronto though.
I wish Derek and the rest of guys a great weekend
regards
Andrew

i've edited out the offending posts, to keep this topic on track. and deleted 1 membership

Well done Mike, now perhaps you can tell us all who it really was - Shaun knows, so I assume you know and I've got an idea who it is.
I'm sick and tired of these faceless prats coming on here and abusing people with no comeback other than a ban, which they then get around by 're-registering
-
Steve I don't know who it was, Shaun must have checked his Isp location and known a likely suspect in that area.
-
Sorry to hear about your bad news Andrew it would be great to catch up another time, all the very best.

I missesd the post what was the posters name.
-
My post was deleted, I think for offensive language, my apologies, but he was a total idiot.
-
Neil, who was he?
-
It was that Carpet Solutions chap.
Don't know who he is though. A lot of people seem to think to know but not saying.
-
He is still live and has not been removed, sure it was him.
-
yeah it was him. Maybe Mike didn't hit him with the ban hammer hard enough. ;D

Theres a line during a discussion that should not be crossed, the problem is when one feels passionate about a subject it's easy to get dragged in, it's been said by many wiser than me but simply ignoring postings by those that deserve little attention is the best way to deal with them.
-
I agree Simon and I usually do just ignore them as they are not worth it but this person was way over the line.
-
Only just come back on since i posted and have no idea what has been said, if one of the mods could let me know I would be gratefull, andrewbriscoe@fsmail.net
Simon you are very welcome to the ticket, and any donation to help TACCA would be appreciated, I also hope your good lady is making a full recovery, my wife has just been in tears again as she didnt want me to miss the weekend away, silly mare.
Thanks to all for your kind words, appreciated, hope you all have a great time, Derek has worked his arse off for this weekend, I predict it will be one of the best carpet cleaning events ever.
See you next year

Steve never a truer word said, mark my words one day someone is going to have a serious problem because of people like this out to stir and cause trouble and the ones who will be on the receiving end are the legitimate business owners who are vulnerable due to being open and above board, keyboard warriors like this can afford to be brave with no comeback whatsoever. that guy had no details to give any indication as to who he was we can only guess due to the obnoxious nature who it was as he contributed nothing but insults, i honestly think he has some issues :-X
Sorry to hear your sad news Andrew please accept my condolences to you and your family. and also to Simon all the very best for a speedy recovery.

Thanks to you all for your kind comments. I am just very grateful to all of the NHS staff who looked after my wife superbly. Without their help we could have been looking at a situation as tragic as Andrew's and my heart goes out to him and his family.
