hi aj
i havent yet seen anything yet so i cant quote but i just wanted to have most things in place incase someone did ask me to quote, and i was asking if they were the kind of things that i would need for a quotation

Bubbles....
Yes, when i put a tender in, the "pack" contains:
Letter of introduction
The cleaning proposal - (price etc)
Cleaning specification - of what is to be cleaned and when....
Risk Assessments
Health and Safety
Coshh
Insurance details
Terms and conditions
Plus i usually put in the Basic safety training that the staff will go through and my company rules for the employees......just for their information.......
If i can, i go on the internet to download their logo.....they seem to like that finishing touch - personal touch...... - and put their logo on the cover.
Also business card and compliment slip is left in.
Hope this helps you.....and good luck
I have just got my first contract office clean - but realise that i need a lot more than the one.....so plenty hard work ahead for all of us.
Kind Regards
Tim

That sounds like a bloody good idea and one that I would never have thought of. I have used the logi idea in the past though.
Tell us more about the arty farty bit though.

here you go, this impresses if you do it on some nice posh paper
(http://www.scsf.co.uk/westhouse.jpg)
put the name of the building underneath(i changed the photo to laplacian to give it the "drawn look") and put it on the front of your quote, total time 5 mins

I often put pictures in quotes. The building on the front and different areas inside.
Never tried the 'arty farty' bit though - and I like it
Will try it soon.
Nice one!

hi mick,
yes i also do the logo thing! but i also pinch it and put it on the health and safety docs which we hang
in the cleaners cupboards, it looks more a joint partnership type thing to have your logo along side theres ;D

I only include the cleaning spec and price in my initial quote. They only get the rest when I get the job.
