Following on from a different thread, I'm looking for information regarding having sub-contractors insurance included in your PLI

I understand the following:

This seems to deal with employers liability for sub-contractors

I am still trying to find information regarding the requirement to have included in your PLI even if they have their own PLI and are BFSC

I have 2 small jobs I do for others one I know has PLI for 3 subbies and the other relies on my PLI when I do the job.

Which is correct?

Between worrying about H&S do you ever find the time to actually clean some glass?  :D
