Title: Finding jobs to bid on

Hi everyone hope you are all keeping busy. Me and my partner have been in the cleaning business for the last 2 years Tickledpinkcleaners.co.uk.

We have build up a good domestic client base and are performing end of tenancy cleans on a regular basis. We just seem to be stuck on the commercial cleaning side of the business.

Can anyone advise me on how to be in a position to bid on office cleaning jobs. Is there a website where prospects advertise?

My advice would be to first contact your local council to get hold of their facilities department to get an idea of upcoming cleaning contracts.

Then, contact schools, colleges, universities etc and follow same process as above.

Definitely offer a first time promotion to get your foot in the door.
