Title: 3rd time lucky...
Post by: Seers on April 18, 2013, 09:11:06 pm
Hi,

Well I've tried twice before and never got to grips with Aworka, I've tried again and have been transferring work over this week and adding new jobs as they come in during this week and have to say that the software could possibly transform the way we organise our work.

The invoicing feature by email is great especially coupled together with the multi-site feature for the same client. I also love being able to see straight away on the home screen the turnover for this week/last week etc, so if you have a quiet day it's not the end of the world!

As someone else has mentioned one real bonus moving forward would be the ability to be able to see work booked in further ahead than just the next scheduled clean. So that if a client requests a weeks cladding cleaning for example in three months time you could at least use the calendar to get an idea of what work you already have booked in that week. Could scheduled work in advance of the next clean date not just be coloured in say bright pink which would signify scheduled work not yet confirmed?

Overall a massive thumbs up...

Kind Regards,

Huw

Hey Huw, it sounds interesting. Can you import your George data easily? what kind of back up does it have?

Hi,

Yeah, Chris can do that for you. We've always used Kashflow online accounting previously for our invoicing and I've always done our scheduling with my trustee diary, but all change now.

Cheers,

Huw

All my work on but once its there print sheets of and
Jobs agooden!
Loads of good features but I'm sure I don't
No half if them yet!
All stored online so no need to pay for backup

That's interesting. I use George for my general diary, list of customers and debtors etcetera and I also use k a s h f l o w for my commercial customers. So a fair bit of duplication.
