Not being funny but unless you can fix it yourself by the time you give it to them and they send it back to the manufatcurer a week is a verey good to get it back. I dont see how its the cleaning warehouse fault that the pump didnt work. There isnt much that can go wrong on those pumps. What is the problem with it??.

A good company should have sent out a new pump as soon as the
faulty one was returned.
And also got a new one to you asap.
There no way that you should have to wait on them sending it back to the manufacturer.
Yes you cant blame the cleaning warehouse for not knowing the pump was faulty but its
up to them to look after their customers.
Too much choice out there to put up with bad customer service or lame excuses.

X2 I would not use them again if they did that to me. They have your debit details if you have pulled a fast one, then charge you agsin

I had a pump fail on me, which was about 4 months old. Fortunately they were a local supplier. 4 miles away. I went down there. They didnt want to offer me a replacement, so I went mental, I dont think I was having a good day  ;D

They offered me a temp replacemet til their guy had a chance to look at it after I said I'd run their name through the mud on Clean It Up.  :-X :-X

I apologised to the owner at a later date. He was very kind about that.  :)

poor customer service . i had the same problem with a ro filter with them i sent it back because it was faulty and i had to buy a new one and they said they had to send it back to the manufactuer to  be tested,. 6 months later i still hadn't been told the results of the test even though i asked every week . eventually they said it was my fault and i damaged it during fitting..... conveniently for them imho... the cleaning warehouse are rubbish . could you ever imagine gardiner doing that . i only get my stuff from them because of this scenario.. more fool them they lost a good customer because of that
