Title: steam pro 2000

Hi

I have a Prochem steam pro 2000 carpet extractor,  I am having problem getting the two screw out inside the front water tank, so I can access the motors can any one help please

Those screws stay in and its the two at the back which come out. Just under the recovery tank to the sides.

Yup as stated,they are what the machine hinges on when you open it up
