Title: 3bed semi price
Post by: mark turton on April 16, 2013, 10:55:38 pm
trouble with this poll its not taking into account different regions but it may give us all an idea of what the dominant charging is.

based on 3 bed semi - no conservatory - easy access - no booking in, just turn up and do - regular 6 weekly - for example. payment straight into account.

Yup.
I am quick compared to lads I've cleaned with but not a splash & dash merchant.
A 3 bed semi on my estate is front, 3 windows & a door.
Back the same or perhaps a patio door and a side bathroom window.
7 windows/doors in total, surely most guys on here could do that in well under 5 minutes?!

I clicked £11-12 but that is the average brick 1920's/30's ex council semi with easy access. Or a modern estate end of terrace.

If it is a 30's one with bay windows then £13-15

If it is a big ol' Edwardian but still two-storey then about £20.

Usually about 30p a window and at a push 50p for a bay window but sometimes if they got a nice car on the drive I might try and add an extra 10p a window .

Last week I priced a 6 bed detached for  £6.50 they said they will get back to me .
