Is it possible to get hold of pumps that run at more than 100psi?
Looking to get hold of something that produces more than the usual flow rate.

Pressure and flow are not the same thing though...
-
But increased pressure with an larger bore hose will produce more water.
Wont it?
-
Short answer:
No.
Long answer:
Pressure will only have any effect on when the pump shuts off. 150 psi is quite high, if you have metal hose ends you may find it difficult to reconnect your pole at 150 psi.
What you need to look at is l/min. Your 100psi pump is probably 7.5lpm. What exactly do you want to do? If it is for a pressure washer for example I'd be looking for a completely different type of pump.

Only about 60psi but twice the flow rate (not sure if that's enough though?).

Vyair do higher flow pumps, 7 and 10lpm

i want a pump that pumps water fast, so we can clean quicker.

That looks interesting though doesnt it.

In that case it is possible that changing the pressure switch will make a difference. Does your pump usually cut out while in use?
-
No. It's 100 psi with no controller.
-
If it doesn't cut out to regulate the pressure then changing the pressure switch will make not a jot of difference.
Are you using 1 pole per 100psi 7.5lpm pump? I would have thought that would give you loads of water!
We use a controller specifically to use less water!

You could also try using bigger bore jets in your brush.
That might give you more water flow.

We have one pole per pump.
I've thought bigger nozzles as well. Currently use 6mm hose. Might up grade that to 8 with the new van.

What pump is it you have?

You are wasting your time increasing the bore of your hose if your pole hose is 6mm, which it probably is.
-
The only way to get more flow is to get a bigger capacity pump.
A 30 psi pump at 20lpm will give you a lot more water than a 100psi pump at 5lpm
Also keep in mind that the smallest bore your water has to go through will limit your flow.
So you could use garden hose to instead of microbore but if your jets are 1mm it won't make any difference ;D

12 litre a min pump.

Oi Tory boy make sure your lads get an hour for dinner, or I will be getting them to work to rule, and at a flow rate of less than 20% and limit number of houses you do to one a day.
They have joined my new window cleaners union. Bloody slave driver

I would try rigging up two pumps with bigger jets? ;-)
