I am selling one of my rounds in Hartlepool.
It takes approximately £400 one fortnight and £440 the next fortnight.
The work has been established for around 12 years and has been cleaned using wfp for around a year. It is 99% done by wfp as there about 5 customers that don't like it and have it done traditionally which hasn't been a problem for me.
The round was originally bigger but all the bad payers have been dropped. Customers pay on the day or on Friday evening when it is collected.
It takes me 2 days a fortnight to complete and there is always extra work including facias and gutters to do.
I'm only selling as I have too much work on and with this being fortnightly I find am dropping behind with it so it needs someone who can be on the ball with it every two weeks.
I'm looking for 6 x the monthly income and I am open to offers.

The round consists of 4 adjacent streets.
There is 32 houses in the first street
15 in the second
18 in the third
And 14 in the fourth.
