Title: Grout haze

I'm working on a builders clean and having trouble with grout haze, what's the best way to remove it???

Can you tell us what type of tile it is on? Porcelain, ceramic, natural stone?

Has the tiler sealed it in aswell.

It's ceramic tiles and no it has not been sealed, but the grout was there for a long time, thanks for all your help.

I would use either a Phosphoric Acid Tile & Grout cleaner for cementitious grout or something like Aquamix Sealer & Coating Remover or Hannafin Skavenja for an epoxy grout.
