Hi, I'm looking for some guidance from those who clean or have experience of cleaning schools/colleges?!
Do you take as much time and effort, attention to detail, as you would on a domestic property?
In the classrooms where the windows are covered in Sellotaped, blu tacked on pictures, posters, art etc.... Do you remove or leave??

We have cleaned many schools. We make them remove everything from the windows. If there is still stuff left on the window we miss it otherwise you will spend all day trying to remove posters, pictures etc without ripping them.

Do a top job and you will keep the school!
I take all the posters down but don't put them
Back up, scrap all the window of and treat it as if
It was your own place
Put the money on it mate to make it worth while
There hard work but my best jobs
As its half term I'm on them all week
But will be happy Nxt month when the postman
comes ;)
Hope this helps

I do loads.
As above really-state when you put your price in that 'accessible' windows are cleaned.
Specify that any with pictures etc on will be missed.
Blu tak is a pain in the arse but we just take it off.
Needs to be as good as a domestic really.
Once teachers set work for the lesson-they get half an hour it so daydreaming, looking out if the window invariably.
When they get into the staff room they'll all have a chat about the quality.
I know this cause I used to teach.
Great little earners though. Do a top job and get friendly with the caretaker.
They'll point you to the staff room where there'll be coffee a plenty :D

We do a few schools onc a year. We ask for the windows to have ease of access and posters etc removed. We charge a premium anyway has its 12 months of dirt so a bit of blu tac etc doesn't make much difference to us
