Title: When to think about 2 men or 2 vans

As the q states

At which point (I would assume bursting ) would you take on

1. Another person and turn van into 2 man van

2. Stick another van on road and have 2 x 1 vans  or 2 x 2 man vans

Just some ideas on daily weekly monthly figures

Not saying I'm there yet but just having a bit forward thinking on some stuff ...may not even want to go there



Any help advice appreciated

I'd think about adding a bloke at 16 full days work on average a month.
Work would have to be tip top though.
I cull my worst work to make way for better rather than take someone on other than subbing.
