Title: Profit
Post by: MATT BATEMAN (OWC) on April 08, 2013, 09:11:30 am
Following on from a previous thread I was curious to know what kind of profit levels you guys that employ are satisfied with from your employees.

The figure I'd like to know is after wages have been paid, N.I. contributions deducted, vehicle costs (fuel, maintenance, depreciation, servicing etc), uniform and holidays have all been allowed for; what figure are you satisfied with and feel its worth employing for?

TIA

Matt

I would be happy when there costs become 33% of his turnover.

Can I ask at what turnover do you consider taking someone on or maybe putting another vehicle on the road ...

Thanks

20% of turnover.  No expenses or costs.  Straight figure and no hassle ;D
