Post by: keyser soze on April 07, 2013, 07:57:56 pm
anyone had any probs with the wind . i cleaned an old couples bungalow the other day and got a complaint . when i went back to redo them it had loads of dust on the panes , it doesn't look good when this happens . is it worth not working on days like that ?.

How many jobs did you do that day?
How many call backs did you get?
If it was only 1 call back for numerous jobs-crack on. The customers I have that complain if its raining/windy/snowing/anything other than beautiful sunshine no wind and not due to rain for a month, I'll not do but other than that, crack on.
Not going if its not perfect conditions ain't gonna pay your bills!

A reasonably strong wind will cause probs when wfp i avoid certain areas when its windy because they end up with dust on the glass and make a right  mess of windows .

Just because you only got one call back does not mean other windows were good some custys have probs let you off as it the windows will have been spotless all the other times you have cleaned them . Mike
