'Well, phone me back tomorrow morning and I will see what we can do, its a Sunday'!!
Drives me mad.
I recconised the lady's voice, and remembered that she was a nightmare right from the beginning. She cycled up to my van and asked if we give discount for OAP'S... I laughed and said NO! ;D
Then, went to quote her bungalow, and she was trying to knock me down a few quid.
Prob just wait for the phonecall in morning and say we are fully booked and not taking any more customers on, nightmare written all over her ;D

Double your original price. Each time she questions or tries to knock the price-add a quid.

I might say that the quote has expired, and re-quote adding on 20%, then go up on a rainy day ;D
