hi
theres a few new walls ive got to clean with efflorescence / white marks on the front, which products would be the best to remove and is there a best way to remove it ie just spray the product and pressure wash it off
thanks

It's all over the place after the rubbish weather we've had.
Whatever you use the odds are it'll come back as it comes from the lime within the structure itself.

Yes it's all over the place here as there building quite a few new houses too.
That's what I thought that it'd probably come back although a few chemicals say they can stop this, I don't know how well they work or just lower the chances

Chances are that if what you are cleaning has a damp coarse you will be able to clean it and apply a breathable "sealer". This will prevent contributing factors to the salts forming again.
The such like of garden walls etc with no damp coarse are a law unto themselves and you must first quantify the customers expectations.

Efflorescence needs three parts or elements to form:
Salts
Water
Route
Take anyone of the three away and the Efflorescence will stop. There are specialist products available that prevent Efflorescence being so prolific such as Aqua Mix Eff-Ex but to stop manifesting entirely you need to remove one of the key elements.
