I had some replacement parts sent too this past week, totally stop on customer service. It does give a buyer a lot of confidence to buy from good suppliers, even if they're more expensive!

I think Alex Gardiner is missing a trick here, instead of messing about making window cleaning products he should start up a new religion.

he could call it something like Gardiners Observers and all the followers donate 10% of their earnings. He would make many thousands a week just from the followers he would get from CIU.
