That was interesting seeing things from the customers point of view. Pretty much the vibe i get from my own customers :D

Depressing reading, by the way I like your website. I am in the process of building a website. After seeing yours I think I am going to have to re-think mine.

i hate the way people think of us window cleaners. a lot of my customers look down their snoty noise at me because i'm young but if i didn't turn up they would moan like f*@K. people have to realise that alot of us nowadays consider ourselfs as pros. paying some lowlife 2quid to do a rubbish job is bull, why can't people understand some window cleaners don't do this as a side line whist collecting our doll money
moan over :P

Can't believe the prices some people expect to get their windows cleaned for. " I think £3.50 is extortionate" She needs to get real. At the end of the day, those of us that are out there doing a proper job and getting paid pretty well for doing so, fair play to us. Putting up with whinging customers like that would do my head in. We're out there braving the cold, wind and rain( for those of us who are "allowed" to clean in the rain) not to mention the risk of using ladders. It used to amaze me how i could leaflet an entire street with windows that you pobably couldn't see through and not get a single response to my advert. With scumbag skinflints like these living in our society i know realise it's no wonder. :o :o :o

I found that link really interesting, some people out there just don't have a clue do they?
I am registered with Ebay, but can't even remember which email address I used or which password I used :-\
I would have posted a reply of my own on there if I had!
I'll have to find out my details, it's just too tempting not to reply to it ;)
Dozens of us should swamp the thread with replies ;D

The only sensible thing that came out of that thread was that I got myself a new avatar.

I'm not surprised, I've met a few of these myself.
Usually find that they have an attitude, don't want to pay and have a back garden full of junk and old sofas.
You can't get to the windows for love nor money, and then get all stroppy when you don't want to go again.
These are definately the customers that you can do without and don't want.
