Can anyone remember that company who send a letter threatening court action for you? Got a curry house where i've let the debt get out of hand (3 months) and theyre not showing any interest in paying it. Im not the sort of person to give out physical threats but i'm more than happy to legally threaten

Simple one this, go in for a meal and run the bill up to the value, and take you bill and say that should cover it.
Roy :)

The company is Thomas Higgins.
Before you do though, have you been in of an evening, say 15 minutes before they open on a Friday night. Casually, but firmly, just say 'hi, I'm the window cleaner, just come to square up my bill'.
In my experience it happens with restaurants (especially the Indian kind) that it just gets put by rather than maliciously not paid.
If they ask you to wait, play it cool, order a beer-just wait.
Chances are they will pay, even if they bin you with it. Because they may run the risk of false telephone orders-could cost them much more than their window cleaning bill.
Whatever you do-play it cool.

What Roy said will work but it may be nicer to use it as a last resort.
You never know-if you're a curry fan, you could swap cleans for meals...
