Got another enquiry for ceramic tile cleaning and as far as I know I could use a high alkaline and honing powder or a bona product which is a buffered acid is there any other variations out there. The enquiry I got today was classic, light coloured tile which they ''can't get clean'' the tile is 30-40 years old and as an afterthought they said there is a brown coloured tile in the kitchen that might want looking at. Apart from the above systems could you use a diamond flexible pads to aid the process?

I wouldn't use the pads you mention.
My default systems are the two you already mention.
We are about to run some testing of new pads that have been previously mentioned on here with some others from Germany which we are told will give good results but may not achieve the m2 we need to make them cost effective on large projects.

What sort of dilution rates do you use on high alkaline cleaners or Bona products - the acidic bona cleaning agent is very expensive.

I use Bona Pro 2 anything from neat to 1:5. We wet the floor first with water apply it with a watering can then as we scrub add more water from solution tank as required.
Yes it's expensive but so is labour. Most of the time when we use it there is a significant limescale build up or gross soiling and price reflects its use. Alkalises we usually go by the directed dilution.

Did you pre wet the floor before using the HDT&G?
How long did you leave it dwell?
What did you use to scrub it?
Did you boost it with NanoScrub or Honing Powder?
I ask all this because I have never come across a floor that I couldn't clean back to virtually new using Aqua Mix HDT&G Cleaner boosted if necessary by one of the above products.

Jamie, do you uses bona pro3. I found that the best on floors that can't be cleaned. We had a university swimming pool where 7 other companies had been in and could not touch the dirt / congield skin. I tried Bona main, clean, 1,2 and Decon, but only pro 3, used at neat cleaned it. It came up amazing thou. But got 40 litres of the stuff sat around now left over from the job.

We have only used 3 a couple of times on really bad descales. Most of the time 2 does the job but some of the ozonated pools that one of our hotel groups have need it for a bit of a boost.
