Title: Blast from the past
Post by: S.A.J on March 31, 2013, 04:07:05 pm: Having a clear out of our sheds and found a old OTT 25ft pole almost broke my arm trying to lift it lol who remembers using these??

I bought a 30 ft beast like that off my brother years ago...the girth on it used to hurt your hands and i have big hands lol

I had it still in the shed until a few months ago. I gave it to my trad wndy mate who literally lives opposite me. He thanked me
and i said to save the thanks as it will probably kill hlm lol

Post by: S.A.J on March 31, 2013, 04:46:29 pm: No mate ive had this since 2001 been in the shed for about 6/7 years got a 40ft one aswell and that is a killer to use!! thinking about dusting the 40fter off and letting the lads use it!! and then they will realise how easy they have it with Gardiner poles ;D

Could not get on with it, Kev R (who remembers Kev) bought me that one, again forgot it was in there and may try using it again. We had some delivered from Australia as at the time that one was not available over here
