Haha , i had a pita customer the other day saying to me , what happened to the customer always being right? I had great pleasure in telling her that my companies policy is that the customer is never right i am. Needless to say i lost that one , nothing like being the boss eh!

I've had it said to me a couple of times (seriously, not joking).
I said "yeah, you're right; the customer is always right. But you're no longer a customer. Bye".
