I've added video's to my website.
I know some feel they are unprofessional, however most of my customers are happy to have a window cleaner that can spell his own name let alone can work out how to email and use the internet!!

interesting that youve posted that vid on your web site.
as a couple of years ago i had 2 customers that took a lost of interest in the water on my van ? id already being cleaning thier windows for a while.
one of them said after noticing and clarifying the filters ...oh right that explains it i thought there was more to it then just a brush on a pole and wandered off. i was puzzled untill i started on the windows...
then it was clear that they had attempted to do just that ...with tap water..and yes shed loads of hard white water lime and scale marks all over the bloody windows.
all because they thought they could save a few quid without thinking that all these window cleaners all over the country spend a few hundred or thousand getting a pure wfp system and set up insurances and other running costs to run thier business efficiently and professionally, if it was as easy as hozelocking to a brush on a pole with tap water dont think wed be spending hundreds/thousands!!!! jeez, honestly.

I like the video it explains in nice neat terms what Pure water cleaning is about, Nice balance of text with the film.
I think it is a good education tool for Joe public and reinforces the professional nature of window cleaning.

Thanks for the comments Ian.
I'm in the process of gathering video footage so that I can use them to educate customers. It's not great in the snow but will do for now.
