Im always behind, dont worry about it.
If, which i doubt, anyone asks, just tell'em youve been ill & the weathers been bad.

We never worry about trying to maintain an exact repeat day/date.  Just plan for an average day's value each day - usually means we're a couple of days out at the end of the cycle, but it makes no difference.  If you're worried about your customers getting upset, draught a letter and get family/friends to deliver one to each customer, explaining you're ill and you'll be a bit late.

The clocks go forward on Saturday night, so you can work more daylight hours next week to catch up !

with the best will in the world we all get behind for whatever reason, illness, injury, very bad weather, holidays etc sometimes.

i badly sprained my ankle a few years ago and was on crutches for nearly 4 weeks.luckily ive learned over the years its important to build up an "emergency fund" for such occasions.so bills were paid.

things will and do go wrong from time to time.its how you deal with it that builds your character mate. ;) ;D ;D

always start where you left off and dont miss out work.most customers wont even notice or even care!! ;) :) :)

best wishes and i hope you feel better soon pal

Franky you're all heart!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D
don't worry cowboy just start where you left off we've been weeks and weeks behind at times very rare people notice or really care that much.
Most won't expect you around in this weather anyway.

It's less stressfull just to notify them that your going to miss the one clean.
I like all my work to be quite regimented
So if any issues I leave a note saying missing this clean.
Many will disagree with this, bu I have other work on another days that's got to be done

I'd hate to have my work so regimented.
What do you do in the summer when you fancy nipping off to the seaside?

If your illnesses ever became permanent I would recommend looking after your most profitable and reliable work and let the worst fall by the wayside as your health diminishes.
