how do you post pictures . its doing my head in .... please help

Upload pics to photobucket,
When uploaded put cursor on the cog shaped symbol in the top right corner of the pic,
Then click " get links "
Then click on the bottom of the 4 boxs it will say " copied "
Then paste the copied link in your reply on here
