Title: Very coarse Diamond pads
Post by: Graeme Smith on March 27, 2013, 05:06:43 pm
Could you or would you go over the surface of a coarse grain riven sandstone to smooth it off - not try to grind it flat and make it smooth but make it a bit smoother than it currently is. If the answer to that is 'yes you could' which diamond pad has the most coarse starting pad?
Got a job enquiry where a slab wants replacing and now most of the screed that was on the surface has now been removed they want it slighly smoother

Graham

You can do it with a pad or even better a normal pad and Honing Powder

What grit - coarse as possible? + If I have to replace a york sandstone slab and its 2 -3 inches thick how would you chop through that Stihl saw
